The Issey Microsun is an ideal internal or external shade system for smaller skylights.

Natural light cascading in from skylights creates a welcoming ambience in any home. However, its constant presence can cause problems when heat, glare and UV rays are admitted, or when you require the room to be darkened.

Sitting internally, the blind can stop light, glare and damaging UV rays; while sitting externally, the Microsun can also protect from heat gain. The skylight system is tensioned to prevent sagging of the fabric and to ensure smooth operation. Its compact construction enables the system to blend seamlessly with its surrounding architecture, and its colour versitality gives you the design opportunity to make it an eye-catching feature. Fabric

Trendsetting long-lasting colours that will take your breath away. Issey fabrics stay looking attractive as the high quality pigments are already embedded into basic fabrics. A wide selection of colours and patterns are available with outstanding durability and colour fastness. Screen fabric is best suited for the Microsun, as the see-through fabric allows for views to be maintained and for reduced light to still come through.

The screen fabric sunblock can range from 86% to 96%. The screen fabric provides heat, glare and UV protection. They are directly influenced by the colour of the fabric. The screen fabric is also rot proof, fungi proof and prevents dirt from building up.

Screen 86% / 90% / 92% / 93% - When you have a beautiful view, selecting screen fabric will ensure the majority of heat, glare & UV are prevented while the view is maintained
